The role

[ What you'll do ]
Laborers are the backbone of every Dotlich crew. You'll work alongside operators and pipe crews on commercial and public site-development projects, from clearing and grading through utilities and finished grade.
- Hand-dig, shovel and grade around utilities and structures
- Set grade stakes, check elevations and assist with layout
- Assist pipe crews with trench safety, bedding and backfill
- Load, unload and stage materials and tools
- Keep the site clean, safe and ready for the next phase
[ What we're looking for ]
- Able to lift 50 lb repeatedly and work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Central Indiana
- Willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays during the season
- Construction or excavation experience preferred but not required. We train.
- OSHA 10 a plus
